Return Policy:

We want you to love your Calzuro purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the order date for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or use are not eligible for return.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@calzuro.com.

For returns for refund, a $6.00 label fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted. Please have the original order number ready and be within 30 days of the original order date to request a prepaid return label. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned in unworn condition, you receive a refund.
