Care Instructions

Machine wash at temperatures up to 194°F or place in a commercial dishwasher at temperatures up to 158°F. Air dry only. For professional sterilization, Calzuro clogs are autoclavable up to 273°F. Do not tumble dry or expose to direct heat. For daily cleaning, disinfect with cleaning wipes or with mild soap/detergent and warm water.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Calzuro purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the order date for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or use are not eligible for return.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@calzuro.com.

For returns for refund, a $6.00 label fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted. Please have the original order number ready and be within 30 days of the original order date to request a prepaid return label. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned in unworn condition, you receive a refund.
